It’s not about how much it rains, but rather how much rain your landscape can hold onto. This webinar focuses on best-practice nature-based solutions for passive and active capture of rainwater in the landscape.
You’ll learn how to:

- Site and size rain gardens
- Manage water entering and exiting a rain garden
- Maintenance and troubleshooting
The class will also cover the following topics:
- Criteria and considerations in selecting a site-appropriate rainwater capture method
- Designing swales and berms (sizing calculations, setbacks, installation)
- Directing water into and out of existing rain gardens
