To celebrate Lunar New Year, Brian Hart Hoffman will share a recipe for Steamed Barbecue Pork Buns that was developed by former Bake from Scratch test kitchen director Irene Yeh.
Plus, he’ll share a brilliant trick for a modified steamer. Jenn Yee, known as @pastrywithjenn on Instagram and the blogger at Deliciously Noted, will share her recipe for Hong Kong Mango Pudding.
This class is jointly produced by Williams Sonoma and the Bake from Scratch Baking School.
