For over 30 years, CHENG Design, led by acclaimed designer Fu Tung Cheng, has been at the forefront of crafting exquisite award-winning custom homes in California with sustainable, emotional, and timeless design — and a unique focus on crafted concrete.

Fu Tung Cheng’s extensive experience with concrete goes beyond mere construction. He’s a master artist with this versatile material fully expressing its potential, with a passion evident throughout the firm’s portfolio. Cheng will attend the Sunday night sunset cocktail party and selected Saturday houses.

• Tiburon Bluff House Sunset Cocktail Party

These events benefit USModernist, a 501C3 nonprofit educational archive for the documentation, preservation, and promotion of Modernist architecture.

Tickets and Details

Saturday tour tickets are $99 per person or $149 for two people. 

For Sunday, party tickets are $249 per person. Valet parking at the party.

VIP Combo tickets are $349 per person and include Saturday tours and the Sunday party. 

All ticketholders receive a free year’s membership ($120 value) in the Mod Squad, USModernist’s support organization!

The Fine Print – by paying, you agree to these terms and conditions:

Physical tickets are not issued in advance; your name will be on our list.

House addresses and directions will be emailed about a week ahead.

At the Saturday tour, carried children are free; strollers are not permitted.

Once payment is made, there are no refunds for any reason except for event cancellation. Tickets are transferable, however, just email devra@usmodernist.org at least a week ahead.

We apologize that because these are private houses, they are not necessarily ADA-compliant. Participants must be able to walk up and down stairs and navigate without aid of a walker or wheelchair.

For the party, over 21 only; ID’s will be checked.

No tobacco use, weapons, or outside food and drink allowed at houses or grounds.
