1. Eligibility.
    This contest (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States ages 21 or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Purgula or Rescue/Sterling International Inc. (“Sponsors”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising or promotional agencies, and any other service providers connected with this Contest, are not eligible.
  2. Entry Period.
    The Contest begins on August 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM PT and ends on August 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
  3. How to Enter.

  4. Prize(s).

  5. Winner Selection and Notification.
    Winner(s) will be selected by judging criteria conducted by Sponsor or its designee on or about September 15, 2025. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries. Winner(s) will be notified via [e-mail/social platform DM/etc.] within 5 business days of selection. Potential winner(s) must respond within 3 business days or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
  6. Release and Conditions.
    By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and any of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, costs, or losses arising out of or in connection with participation in this Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation personal injury, death, damage to property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light.
  7. Publicity.
    Entry into the Contest constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner’s first name, last initial, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.
  8. General Conditions.
    Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Contest (or any portion thereof) if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may select the winner(s) from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring action.
  9. Disputes.
    Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California without regard to conflicts of law principles and be determined by Purgula.
  10. Privacy.
    Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at [URL], and will be used as set forth therein.
  11. Winner List.
